Welcome to LeDiedra's Makeup Boutique (LMB, LLC.). By using our website, purchasing our products, or booking our services, you agree to the terms below. We've written them to be clear and fair — please read them.

Use of This Site

You may browse, shop, and book through this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may update or remove content at any time.

Products & Pricing

We work hard to describe and price our products accurately. Even so, occasional errors happen. Prices and availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct errors, decline or cancel an order, or limit quantities. Colors may appear slightly different on screen than in person.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. Payment is processed securely through Square; we never store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is approved and you receive a confirmation. If we can't fulfill an order, we'll let you know and issue a refund.

Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States.
• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
• Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Delivery times vary by carrier and location. Once an order ships, transit time is outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. Unopened, unused items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened cosmetics and skincare cannot be returned (hygiene exclusion), except where a product arrives damaged or defective. To start a return, please contact us with your order details and we'll guide you through it.

Services & Appointments

In-person services — makeup, bridal, lessons, and film training — are by appointment and booked through Square. Any deposit, rescheduling, and cancellation requirements are presented at the time of booking and form part of these terms. Please review them before you confirm.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the LMB name — belongs to LeDiedra's Makeup Boutique (LMB, LLC.) or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our products and services are provided in good faith and "as is." We make no guarantees about specific results, and you should follow product directions and patch-test where appropriate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeDiedra's Makeup Boutique (LMB, LLC.) is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our site, products, or services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Louisiana.
