Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. You'll get a confirmation when your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Orders over $75 ship free.
Orders & Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move quickly to get your order out, so please contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely through Square, which accepts major cards. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Unopened, unused items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Can I return opened cosmetics?
For health and safety reasons, opened cosmetics and skincare can't be returned — except when an item arrives damaged or defective, in which case we'll make it right.
How do I start a return?
Just contact us with your order details and we'll walk you through it.
Booking & Appointments
How do I book a service?
All services — makeup, bridal, lessons, and film training — are by appointment and booked through our Square booking page.
Do you require a deposit?
Any deposit, rescheduling, or cancellation requirements are shown at the time of booking. Please review them before you confirm.
Where are you located?
We're at 2529 Jena Street, New Orleans, LA 70115. Travel and on-location services are also available — just ask.
Products & Ingredients
Are your products good for sensitive skin?
Our products are chosen with skin health in mind. As with any new product, we recommend a patch test first. If you have specific concerns, reach out and we'll help you choose.
How do I find the right products for me?
Start with our shop, or let an artist guide you — book a consultation and we'll build a routine around your skin and your goals.
